Riza Batista
DIRECTOR
Riza has an extensive knowledge of finance, supply chain management, general administration and IT from working with establishing and running Brazilian companies for more than 20 years.
She has a BA in Liberal Arts, a post graduate degree in Foreign Trade from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and also holds a MBA in Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV).
Prof. Julio Cesar
EXECUTIVE MANAGER
Julio Cesar has been part of the team OSEP Brasil since 2002, first as an Environmental Consultant, and from October 2009, as Executive Manager.
His main responsibilities are related to organizational processes, establishing direct contact with clients and facilitating their interaction with the company.
He is also responsible for maintaining contact with governmental entities, associations and other organizations in order to keep track of initiatives and identify opportunities that bring benefits to the company, customers and the market.
Since 1986, he has been working with the development of environmental projects, such as environmental education, licensing and final disposal of waste. He is a university professor at Estàcio de Sá, FGV and Universidade São Camilo – Pólos Macaé and Rio das Ostras. Julio Cesar is a Civil engineer and holds a post graduate degree in Environmental Management.
André Fernandes
OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
André Fernandes joined the OSEP Brasil team in 2012 as Operations Coordinator, and his main responsibilities are involving all activities related to the maintenance, preservation, power system and surveillance of the OSEP Brasil facilities.
He is also involved in planning, developing action plans, and in solving practical issues clients may be facing.
Prior to joining OSEP Brasil, André worked in a number of different companies in the area of logistics, contract management and working with services provided to Petrobras.
Estevão Velasco
FINANCIAL COORDINATOR
Estavão joined the OSEP Brasil team in 2007, and has a lot of experience in general management, but also on specific areas such as management of warehouses, purchasing, negotiation with suppliers and invoicing.
Currently, as Finance Coordinator, he is responsible for financial processes related to cash flow, paying bills, invoicing and payroll, keeping track of the departmental activities in order to identify problems and to find efficient solutions.
He also provides assistance to company management in the planning and development of objectives and financial goals.
